Dating Disasters (Part 1 of 3)
Think you have had a hard time playing the dating game? Maybe reading the following accounts of dating disasters will have you counting your blessings!
I went out on one date with this one girl but you would think I ruined her entire life or something. It was only one single dinner and then afterwards I emailed her and told her that I wasn't interested any more. I just wasn't attracted to her and told her so. I did this to be honest as it we had only chatted online through a dating service and when we met in person, the chemistry just didn't click. Well, it has been two months and her friends (who I also met only once) are still approaching me and saying things like "we know what you did to Christy." I hear she is calling me her ex boyfriend and everything, but all we did was have one date! She convinced me to meet me at this bar, called the Barn, and when she turned up, I thought "Wow, what a bombshell", except I did think she really was laying on the make up a little thick. Then she introduced me to all her girlfriends, who were as gorgeous as her, but then I started noticing little things... like the way they were drinking scotch and shots, and were really sexually aggressive for women... pinching my butt and that sort of thing. The whole illusion was blown when Drucilla got up onstage and started singing "The Man Who Got Away" in this deep voice, that I realized belonged to a man. "What's wrong honey!" she yelled at me as I ran away. "Afraid of a little rough trade!" I had almost had sex with a drag queen? I can't believe I fell for it, and I'm still not so sure I should have gone for it!
Recently, I was set up to see a play... [Continued: Bad Date Stories 2]
